Order Notice
Please be advised orders must be placed 48 business hours in advanced. For orders of 100 guests or more, please provide a minimum of 72 business hours notice. Our catering office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
We are unable to process orders on Saturday and Sundays. Should you want an order for Monday or Tuesday pick-up/delivery, we must receive your order and deposit on Friday by 5pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be confirmed Monday or the next business day.

Pick Up & Delivery
In-store pick up is available at the Eataly Yorkville location, at 55 Bloor Street West, on the 2nd level at Guest Relations from 11am-5pm.
The delivery fee displayed here is only a base fee of $45 and it will be adjusted accordingly, if necessary, to reflect conditions like order total, distance, number of items, etc. You will see an updated delivery fee with your order confirmation. Please email us at toronto-catering@eataly.com with any questions or if you are outside the designated area, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Should you wish to place an order with less than 48 hours notice, we kindly request that you contact us directly so we can make the effort to facilitate your request in an expedited manner.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or modify a catering order, we appreciate at least 72-hours advanced notice. Modifications made within 72 hours of delivery time cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge. For orders cancelled between 24 and 48 hours of delivery/pick-up, Eataly will impose a 50% charge. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery/pick-up will be charged in full.
