Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176° C) with rack positioned in the center
- Remove lid from container
- Remove basil leaves and save for later
- Cover container with aluminum foil and place on a baking tray
- Bake for 20 minutes or until desired temperature
Chef ’s tip: Add additional Fresh Basil on top for more color

- Shake Beef Reduction sauce, place in pot to warm up (do not bring to boil).
- Remove Prime Rib from oven and from the container. Place over a cutting board and slice at desired thickness.
- Replace Beef onto the container.
- Pour warm sauce over sliced Prime Rib
- Bake in oven without cover for additional 5 minutes, or until you reach desired temperature.
